No election was required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Congratulations to Wendy Lashley and Donna Mills for\nvolunteering again for the two vacant positions that will serve 1 March 2023\nthrough 28 February 2025. These two will join Nancy Wilkeson, Cynthia Fisher,\nand Eric Mize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to the current Board Members for their continued\nservice and commitment to support the Association and the Tiffany covenants.\nThanks also to the Association Members (homeowners) for your continued support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Board is an important element of the Homeowners\nAssociation as a governing body to collect assessments, manage a budget,\nmaintain common areas, and enforce the agreed-upon aesthetic\nstandards\/covenants to protect the curb appeal of the neighborhood homes and\nprotect the property values of the members.
