Thank you to the volunteers that stepped up to represent the Tiffany Homeowners for the HOA Board of Directors in the 2023 – 2025 Cycle. No election was required.
Congratulations to Wendy Lashley and Donna Mills for volunteering again for the two vacant positions that will serve 1 March 2023 through 28 February 2025. These two will join Nancy Wilkeson, Cynthia Fisher, and Eric Mize.
Thanks to the current Board Members for their continued service and commitment to support the Association and the Tiffany covenants. Thanks also to the Association Members (homeowners) for your continued support.
The Board is an important element of the Homeowners Association as a governing body to collect assessments, manage a budget, maintain common areas, and enforce the agreed-upon aesthetic standards/covenants to protect the curb appeal of the neighborhood homes and protect the property values of the members. The Board plays an integral part in keeping The Tiffany one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Houston County.
