2018 HOA Meeting Recap

Two weeks ago, The Tiffany HOA held its 4th annual meeting at the Word in Season fellowship hall. There were about 45 residents in attendance. Thank you to those for sacrificing your personal time to attend.
Election results were annouced. Nancy Wilkeson will continue another term on the board and will remain treasurer. Sheri Guile is our newest board member and will serve as president over the next year. The three continuing members are Will Davis, who is transitioning from president to member-at-large; Jonathan Davis, who will continue as secretary; and Vince Smith, who will continue as Vice President. Leaving the board is John Lange. The board thanks John for his service to the neighborhood.
The 2018 HOA budget was approved and a review of 2017 expenditures was conducted. Understandably, not all could attend so the slide presentation has been posted on the website. You’ll also find the approved 2018 budget and the detailed 2017 ledger.

2016 Annual Meeting Recap

Neighbors,
On 23 Feb, The Tiffany HOA held its 2nd annual meeting at the Word in Season fellowship hall. There were 52 in attendance representing 44 households. On behalf of the Board, I’d like to thank you for sacrificing your personal time to attend. The discussions were extremely valuable and the civil manner in which all conducted themselves was impressive…really showed why The Tiffany is unique.

Understandably, not all could attend so the slide presentation is posted for your convenience. Our guest speaker this year, Ms. Teddie Berrie, is a Program Assistant for Horticulture at the UGA Houston County Extension Office. As a Master Gardener, Ms. Berrie provided some excellent yard care tips that should prove helpful in our efforts to preserve The Tiffany’s beauty.

In addition, the 2016 HOA budget was approved. Also available is our 2015 financial ledger which details all account transactions from the time the HOA become an official functioning body.

Finally, I’d like to thank the entire neighborhood for your cooperation and support–it’s the backbone of the HOA. If you see members of the Word in Season congregation, please extend your gratitude for allowing our use of their fellowship hall once again.

Hope all have a great weekend!

Regards,
Jamie Guile
President, The Tiffany HOA

2016 Budget

Neighbors,
On behalf of The Tiffany HOA Board, The Tiffany HOA Proposed 2016 Budget is linked for read-ahead prior to our annual meeting on 23 Feb. While devising this budget, the Board’s primary focus was to meet “must pay” obligations and then preserve our neighborhood’s beauty. Bottom line, we want The Tiffany to look the same in future years as it does today.

We respectfully request all questions be reserved for discussion at the annual meeting. Thank you very much and have a great evening!

Regards,

Jamie Guile
President, The Tiffany HOA
